All services are performed with care appropriate to the material of each item. Sneaker Cleaners is fully liable for items from the moment they are received until they are returned. Turnaround estimates are not guarantees; heavily soiled or specialty items may require additional time.
We collect only the information required to fulfill your order and communicate about it: name, contact details, address, order contents and payment confirmation. We never sell customer data. Order photos are only visible to you and our production team.
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will re-clean the item at no charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion when a re-clean is not possible.
Sneaker Cleaners assumes full liability for items once picked up or received and until returned or delivered. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, which is documented photographically at intake.
