How long does sneaker cleaning take?+
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from the moment we receive your pair. Restoration work like unyellowing or paint can take up to 9 days. Rush 48-hour service is available as an add-on.
What if my sneakers can't be fully restored?+
We assess at intake and photograph the condition. If we don't believe a service will produce a meaningful result, we contact you before charging for it.
Do you clean suede and nubuck?+
Yes. Suede Deep Cleaning uses a low-moisture method with nap restoration and conditioning — it's a completely different process from leather.
Are my sneakers insured?+
Yes. Sneaker Cleaners assumes full liability for your items from the moment we receive them until they are returned or delivered back to you.
How do I ship my sneakers?+
Place your order online, pay, and you'll immediately receive shipping instructions and our intake address. Pack the pairs, ship them, and tracking activates when we scan them in.
